I just came across a great article by Liz Alterman, published on Realtor.com on November 2, 2018 - How to Sell Your Home Fast - Even Before the Holidays.  Liz suggests making your online presence especially good during the holidays since people don't want to go out in the weather . . . and decorating your home as a selling feature -- so potential buyers can envision themselves entertaining in your dining room or decorating a fireplace.  Yes it's true that there are fewer buyers out there during the holidays - but those buyers who are out are serious!  They have to move and will act quickly.  Please click here for a link to the article.
